Description: Top bar: Gold plated silver looped banner infilled with dark blue enamel and with text reading
'LODGE OF FRIENDSHIP No. 44'.
Ribbon: Ribbed and watered silk in light blue, faded to green.
Ribbon device: Crest in gold plated silver and enamel being an embowed arm grasping an arrow with a banner with scrolling ends beneath in white enamel with pink shading and painted black enamel text reading 'GRIP FAST THE LIGHT'.
Hanging device: Gold plated silver set square with measuring rule design on the left and a foliage design on the right, beneath which is suspended the 47th proposition of Euclid, also in gold plated silver.
There is an engraved presentation inscription on the reverse.
